Position Overview:
This position is responsible for managing back-end operational functions related to S/A opening, time account opening, and compulsory operations. The role involves efficiently and effectively carrying out tasks related to the Centralized Operations Unit, ensuring smooth and accurate processes. Additionally, the position provides supportive services to branches, assisting them with functions related to the unit’s operations.
Candidate Profile:
- A Degree or Equivalent professional qualification from a recognized University/ Professional body.
Or
Qualified in G.C.E. (A/L) with minimum 3 simple passes for main subjects and credit passes for English & Mathematics in G.C.E. (O/L) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Banking or Finance Sector. - Strong analytical skills and Leadership skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- IT literacy
- Good knowledge of Banking products.
- Experience in IT or Banking Field.
