Position Overview.
This position is responsible for acquiring new merchant clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the role involves ensuring a smooth onboarding process, providing support throughout the implementation phase, and offering continuous assistance to nurture long-term partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
- Should possess a Degree/ Diploma level qualification from a recognized institution.
- Extensive knowledge in payment card industry including knowledge of merchant acquiring, transaction processing and card issuing.
- Qualification from IBSL would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving & diagnostic skills.
- IT literacy & analytical knowledge
