For Undergraduates:
- Age: Preferably under 25 years.
- Undergraduates or graduates from a local or foreign university
For School Leavers:
- Age: Preferably under 20 years.
- Should pass the G.C.E. O/L Examination with minimum of six (06) credit passes including Mathematics & English.
- Pending A/L results.
Candidate Profile
- A passion for learning and innovation.
- Good command of English & Sinhala Languages
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Competency in MS applications including MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Having a Banking-related qualification will be an added advantage
