Position Overview
This position will be responsible for coordinating Leasing products between regional branches and head office. The role involves overseeing and ensuring smooth operations of the Leasing Products, optimizing performance, and achieving target objectives across the region.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Banking/ Financial Sector with exposure to leasing products.
- Diploma in Finance Leasing or a diploma in sales or credit management from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a clear sales focus.
- Strong people management, leadership skills and ability to influence.
- Good knowledge of regulatory and general banking policies/ procedures.
- Ability to analyze leasing data and generate reports for decision making.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in leasing.
